CPH Tantra Festival Pre-Meetup & Introduction To Tantra

You are hereby invited to a pre-festival event which will facilitate a soft entrance into Copenhagen Tantra Festival.

Tantra is a breathtaking journey and has a lot of potential for growth and expansion. Despite tantrics and spiritual people being friendly, open and social, you may sometimes feel a little alone and confused at a festival full of people. Especially if you signed up by yourself or it is your first time, and feel the urge to do partnered workshops.

The idea is simple:

• Get a brief explanation of what tantra is
• Get some of your burning questions about tantra answered
• Try some simple "tantric" exercises for beginners
• Be introduced to best practices and get some insights into boundaries and consent
• Meet others who are going the same festival so you 
• Find potential partners for partner workshops or social meetups

Practical information:

• You can come alone or with a partner
• No prior knowledge or experience with tantra is needed
• Wear comfortable clothes you can move in
• Doors will open 15 minutes before the event, please be on time
• Bring your open mind and burning questions

About the event:

• The event is very flexible between danish and english, and will be in danish if no english speakers are present
• It will be part lecture, part exercises, part socializing/networking - and maybe a bit of dancing
• Every exercise will be fully clothed
• There will be minimal touch
• Time will be given for Q&A
• The event will have light snacks and tea
