The Tantra Massage
What is a Tantra Massage?
Imagine a full-body, three hour erotic-meditative experience, awakening your senses and energy, spreading relaxation and pleasure throughout your whole body to extatic blissful states. Through love, it will open your sensuality and deep connection to yourself, helping you reach a peaceful, higher state of mind, melt and connect with the world, and become what you truly are, deep inside.
- The massage is typically 2-3 hours, containing:
- 30 mins of pre-talk, followed by a shower.
- App. 60 mins on all parts of the back.
- App. 60 minutes on all parts of the front (except yoni).
- App. 30 minutes of yoni massage, if agreed upon.
- Remember to say if you are menstruating, or have pain.
- Everything can be requested, but not everything can be given.
- Clothes are optional, but preferably the receiver is naked.
- You may be asked to take deep breaths during the massage.
- Massages may deviate in form, to support your energies.
- No preparation is needed, but a guide is given here for advanced receivers.
The following are invitations and techniques for you, if you want to grow spiritually. They are not in any way requirements, and you can naturally enjoy the beautiful massage without them.

- Getting enough sleep.
- Having free time in the calendar after the massage.
- Lifestyle:
- Vegan or vegetarian diet.
- Avoiding stimulants, like cigarettes, coffee, sugar, etc.
Before the actual massage:
- Refraining from using stimulants like cigarettes, coffee, sodas, energy drinks, aso. up to at least two hours before, to be able to feel your body better.
- Removing jewelry and piercings.
- Turning off your phone completely, to avoid distractions.
- Taking a shower and washing everything, to feel pure and clean, both hygienically but also energeticall
You may experience many different reactions in your body, thoughts, and emotions during or after the massage. All reactions are equally welcome and you are free to ask questions or share what you feel along the way. Effects may include:
- Treatment of common sexual dysfunctions.
- Alleviation of blocked (or stuck) emotions and energy.
- Cultivation of contentment, pleasure, and joy.
- Improvement of orgasmic and pleasure potential.
- Clearing the mind, inner peace, and reduction of stress.
- Promotion of relaxation and a feeling of being grounded.
- Ignition of a spiritual awakening and realization.
Tantra massages are only offered to souls born in a female body (due to the tantric principle of polarity) regardless of sexuality and gender identification.
Boundaries and consent will be respected in full. If you have issues setting boundaries, please let me know before, and the massage will be adjusted accordingly.
The massage usually follows an order of touch; first energetically, then subtle and light touch, followed by oil being applied, then a mix of pressure, weight, kneading, glide, and other types, which will be used intuitively.
Depending on your preferences, time, order, and focus can be changed. More or less in sections, preferred ones focus on specific energies, aso. may be requested both before and during the massage, within my boundaries.
The order of touch and time spent on each section may also be subject to change during the massage. This is to follow and support your energy and needs best, rather than going through a program. Because of this, massages may go a little over time, or stop a little early (unless otherwise requested).
The massage uses techniques from tantric theory and practice, trigger point therapy, aroma therapy, de-armouring, ayurvedic medicine – like shu and acupressure points -, physiological massage, anatomy theory, and more.
You may get emotional during the massage or your body may do things by itself, like shaking, or bending. This is very normal and nothing to worry about – it is just your body reacting to the touch.
The massage can be performed both during pregnancy and menstruation, but will be slightly different in either case (and De-Armouring will not be performed at all). It is possible to wear underwear and/or tampon/pads in case of the latter, but again, it is up to you, according to what you feel comfortable with. Getting massaged without any protection is also completely fine, and makes no difference. Remember to notify me though, and what level of pain you usually go through in case of the menstruation.
In rare cases you may be turned down at my discretion, with no formal explanation. If this is the case, it will be done in good time. I will also refer you to a colleague. Equally, you can cancel sessions at any time, with no explanation required. But also, please do so in good time.
What happens in the Tantra Massage?
The massage itself starts with a talk for about half an hour. The purpose of this talk is to get a feel for you, and get an idea of what techniques to use. It is also an opportunity for you to try to put into words what your current emotional state is, establish and express boundaries, and ask questions. Since the massage is adapted to you, it is a good idea to also to explain where you are in your menstrual cycle, if you have any chronic pains, or any type of medical ailments that you think could be relevant, and express any beautiful desires or requests. Since the breast massage is included, you are invited to share how you feel about receiving one, and preference in touch and pressure. Lastly, we will talk about whether or not you would like to receive a yoni massage (you will always be asked again before the actual yoni massage).
Then you will be invited to take a shower, after which you will go lie on your front, on the mattress. Clothing in the Tantra Massage is optional, but optimally you will be naked while I wear underpants. If you have other preferences, you are welcome to ask.
The massage typically starts with a 5 minute preparation, followed by subtle and light caress on your back, waist, buttox, arms, hands, legs, and feet. Then, oil is applied on the back, followed by pressure, weight, lifts, kneading, and other types of massage techniques – which in turn will be continued to the waist, buttox, arms, hands, legs, and feet, before returning to the back with some long glide effects and strokes. The massage will optimally flow between light touch and deep pressure, depending on my intuition what you may need.
In this second part, you will be invited to turn around on to your back. Massage of the upper back, shoulders and neck are next, before continuing to the head and face (without oil) with caress and massage. This continues to muscles around the throat, then hands, arms, shoulders and upper chest. Unless you requested to avoid the breast massage in the previous talk, this is next. If in doubt, I will ask. Then, the massage moves to the rib-cage, stomach, hip, feet, and legs.
The third part is the yoni massage. You will be asked even if you previously said yes to one, in case you feel different in the moment, and only a nod or a clear “yes” is accepted (“i don’t know”, or “maybe” is a no). The yoni massage is first external and then internal when she opens up. It is extremely gentle and slow massage, honouring and respecting your beautiful energies.
The massage is then concluded with light and subtle finalising touch, before a towel is placed on you, and you will get the chance to slowly come back at your own pace, with a cuddle and a glass of water, and a brief talk if you wish it.
