It is quite normal to want to get a feel for the practitioner before, considering how intimate these massages may become.
Contact me either through mail, phone, text, or facebook, or book a talk with me, and we can arrange a meeting for about an hour.
These meetings are still for free.
A: Then i can refer you to one of the other students from my class, according to whatever wish you may have.
A: It is always a good idea to tell me where in your cycle you are, because the Tantra Massage can be adjusted accordingly. Especially if you are pre-menstrual og menstruating. You can still receive the massage, but it will be done more light, with different pressure points to alleviate your possible menstrual pains, and to relax your pelvic muscles.
A: Since the Tantra Massage is typically 3 hours long, it happens that you need to use the restroom at some point. This is not a problem since this is about you being comfortable. There is no reason to suffer through anything.
A: As a general rule I try to avoid any synthetics and chemicals i can. I am also aiming to be as environmentally friendly as possible, but this will get better along the way.
- I use 100% organic coconut oil in the massages (if you would prefer another type please let me know beforehand)
- The sheets are 100% cotton, or at least plastic-free.
- For aroma-therapy i use only organic essential oils.
- As many decorations and items as possible (except essential work items) are from flea markets or donations to avoid buying new.
The Tantra Massage
A: The Massage is not religious, but can be spiritual, and is offered to anyone interested, regardless of religion, culture, and background
A: Then we will arrange this. You can book a talk with me through e-mail or via the facebook page. We can meet for about an hour, and you can ask any questions you may have. This can also be done over the phone, skype, etc.

There are various things that is recommended to get the best and most positive effects. I would recommend you to read the preparation section on this site.
A: That is difficult for me to describe, since it is very individual – so i will just link to this beautiful article which describes it very well.
A: Erotic or sexual touching the masseur is forbidden. If you feel the need something during the massage though, which could be holding a hand, a hug, or the like – simply ask for it, and I may be of service.
A: The Tantra Massage is inherently erotic, but not sexual. The difference between the two lies in that the sexual type energy “wants to go somewhere”, with a clear beginning and an ending – where erotic energy just has this “juicy presence and pleasurable feeling”, like when you have eye contact on the bus with an attractive person, and that feeling just sits there with you long after.
That being said though, you may get aroused during the massage, or even orgasm. There is nothing wrong with this, and it is a most pleasurable bonus even if the massage does not aim for this.
A: Orgasms are wonderful and pleasurable. Achieving orgasm is not the aim of the massage, but a beautiful side-effect of the moving energy. If an orgasm is reached, it is most welcome even if not intended.
A: Feelings of any kind may arise during the massage, including love. Your heart chakra may open and love pour out – and the first person you see is the masseur. Hence, you may be convinced to be in love with him. This happens sometimes. You may also get angry at the masseur for instance. It is just important to understand that whatever feelings arise – the masseur is just the one person in front of you when you opened up. If this has happened to you, I would recommend you to book a consultation here so we can talk through your feelings and digest what happened. If you are in doubt about what to do, please read the ethical guidelines.

A: Yes. Only women over the age of 18 can book, and due to the tantric principle of polarity – men will be referred to my female colleagues. This also goes for transsexuals.

A: The education is nine modules in total, and i have completed three. The full education will hopefully be complete in 2021.
A: Standard price for a 3 hour Tantra Massage in the Tantra Temple is 2200 dkk. This is the price for a fully educated practitioner – which I am not, yet.
The price varies depending on location rental costs, transport expenses, preparation/clean-up, materials used, aso.
A: Contact me and tell me about your situation – in rare cases i do pro bono work. Also, look in the special offers section for lower priced massage deals.
Body De-Armouring
A: Then we will arrange this. You can book a talk with me through e-mail or via the facebook page. We can meet for about an hour, and you can ask any questions you may have. This can also be done over the phone, skype, etc.
A: At the moment I do not have any colleagues here in Denmark that I know of, but I can refer you to my teacher if needed.
A: Since Body De-Armouring is a deep tissue pressure point massage, the toxins released from your muscles need fresh energy. Therefore, you are invited to prepare yourself to optimize your effect. You can read more about it in the preparation section.
A: It feels like opening up in a safe embrace. It feels like things long forgotten coming back.
A: Yes you can, as long as you respect my boundaries (of which i will tell you). Furthermore, you can ask for or request anything during the massage. Unlike the Tantra Massage, this is an important component of Body De-Armouring. Specific things you feel may function as triggers and help your process unfold – as long as you simply ask before.
A: We will be working with energy and emotions typically associated with sexual problems, such as shame and guilt, but the massage itself is not sexual in any way.
A: Many things; you may need to scream; you may need to cry; you may need to release anger; you may need to laugh; you may feel like jumping around; you may need a hug, or a hand on your heart; you may feel like you want to express yourself with wavy arms. Anything and everything is welcome since the Body De-Armouring space is only for you (as long as you respect my boundaries – of which i will inform you).
When emotions and stored energy is released, all of the above and more may happen during the massage. I will hold that space for you in this.
A: In short, yes. Both on a physical level, but it can also be painful on a psychological level.
Since pressure on your trigger points are pressed until a 7 out of 10 on your pain scale, there is no way around it. That being said though – the trigger points feel more like a “sweet pain” rather than the “sharp pain” of which you may think. It feels a little like massaging out myoses.
Psychologically, you may experience old memories, emotions, and feelings stored in your body which are being released.
But this is De-Armouring. And you will be able to go through this in a safe space. And after this pain comes transformation and possibly a new life.
A: Then we can not go through with the massage, because it may interrupt your period. I would suggest you to either book a Tantra Massage or a Menstruation Massage instead, and please remember to tell me that you are menstruating.
A: The Body De-Armouring is about relaxation – and you can not relax if you need to pee – so you just tell me, and you can go pee.
A: Yes. Only clients over the age of 18 can book. Also, it is a requirement that you do not have any existing mental traumas, which can only be assessed through a meeting (which is why it is a requirement before this type of massage).
In case of severe trauma, such as from rape, abuse, etc., we can have a conversation about it, but I will most likely refer you to a licensed practitioner.
A: As a general rule I try to avoid any synthetics and chemicals i can. I am also aiming to be as environmentally friendly as possible, but this will get better along the way.
- The sheets, covers, and Sarongs are of 100% cotton, or at least plastic-free.
- For aroma-therapy i use only organic essential oils.
- As many decorations and items as possible (except essential work items) are from flea markets or donations to avoid buying new.
A: I have completed two (of two) levels of De-armouring workshops, and I am being supervised and mentored by my teacher, Sunny Ju who has many years of practice.
This education is highly individual, so a certificate will be received when deemed ready.
A: Since I am a student, and not a licensed practitioner, the cost is a reflection of covering expenses, education, and hours that I am not able to use for regular work. A practitioner would maybe charge 4-5 times as much, which is also why – by paying this small fee – you agree and consent to the knowledge that I am a student.
A: Contact me and tell me about your situation – in rare cases i do pro bono work. Also, look in the special offers section for lower priced massage deals.
A: Yes, it is: “Body De-armouring is a term which has evolved following the work of Wilhelm Reich. He was a psychoanalyst who studied this phenomenon in the 1930’s. He noticed that his patients’ character traits, taken together, formed a defence against those emotions which they felt to be dangerous in some way. These defences could be created through experiencing the stresses of everyday life, big shock traumas, or even repeated negative thought patterns.”
There is an ongoing debate in the tantric community of whether or not it is a tantric idea, though.
